Our facility sits on A.K. Azad Road in Gopinath Nagar. It is a busy part of town and there is always something happening right outside our gates. We have been here for a long time, making various chemical and pharmaceutical products. The building itself is quite plain, with wide corridors and plenty of windows to let in the light. In the monsoon season, the rain hits the roof so hard you can't hear yourself think, but we just keep on working through it. The labs are kept as clean as possible, which is a big contrast to the dusty road outside. We have a lot of shelves filled with glass bottles and boxes of ingredients. Most of our staff lives nearby, so there is a bit of a family feel to the place. We start early in the morning, usually with a quick meeting before everyone heads to their stations. The smell of medicine is everywhere inside, something we do not even notice anymore. It isn't a high-tech glass building like you see in the movies, just a practical place where we get the job done. Gopinath Nagar is a good location for us because of the transport links. We spend our days checking batches and filling out logs. It is a steady routine that has worked for us for many years now and we just keep it going.
