You can find us at Unit 26 in the Hatron Complex. It is in Electronic City, Sector 18, over in Gurugram. It is a big area with lots of other tech companies and people walking around with badges. We do employer branding here at Yowza. Basically, we help companies look good so people want to work for them. It sounds more complicated than it is when you say it out loud. Mostly it is about making sure the message they send out is clear and honest. Our office isn't huge, but it is enough for the team we have right now. We spend a lot of time brainstorming and drinking a lot of coffee from the machine down the hall. The building has some character to it, being part of the Hatron Complex. Gurugram is always fast-paced, and we feel that energy every day when we walk in. Sometimes it is a bit overwhelming with the traffic in Sector 18, but you get used to the noise after a while. We don't have a lot of rules about when people come and go, as long as the work gets done and the clients are happy. It is a pretty relaxed atmosphere in our unit. We use a lot of whiteboards to sketch out ideas and timelines. Sometimes the ideas are good, sometimes they aren't, and we just wipe them off and start over. We don't use much corporate jargon. We just talk like regular people. We’ve been here for a while.
