Wpd India Private Limited is up on the 16th floor of Building 9 in DLF Cyber City. We are inside the Regus Pride Business Centres. It’s a very tall building and the elevators take a while during lunch. Even though Cyber City is full of huge companies, our space is actually quite modest. We share the floor with other businesses, so it’s always got people walking around. Being in Gurgaon means everything moves fast, but we try to keep our own pace. The view from the 16th floor is okay, mostly just other office blocks and traffic below. We spend a lot of time at our desks. It’s a professional environment, but we try to keep things relaxed among ourselves. We don’t use a lot of fancy words or have big board meetings. We just come in, do the work that’s waiting for us, and head home. The commute can be a bit of a headache with the Metro and the crowds, but it’s part of the job. We chose this location because it’s where all the action is, even if we are just a small part of it. It’s a busy place to work, but we’ve grown to like the energy of the building. We just do our bit and keep things moving.
