Von Braun (Opc) Private Limited is located right at A79 on the ground floor in South City 2. If you know Sector 49 in Gurugram, you know it’s a decent area with plenty of houses and small offices. We’re one of those. Being on the ground floor is handy because nobody has to mess with stairs or waiting for an elevator that might be broken. It’s a simple setup we’ve got here in Haryana. We mostly keep to ourselves and focus on the tasks at hand. It's an One Person Company, so it’s pretty small-scale, but that helps us keep track of everything without getting lost in a bunch of meetings. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which is nice when you’re trying to concentrate. We’ve been in South City 2 for a bit and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the place. There’s no huge lobby or anything like that. Just a door and a desk where we handle the daily operations. It feels more like a workspace than a corporate headquarters, and that’s how we prefer it. We do what we need to do every day and then head home. It’s practical. Sometimes the traffic on the main road can be a bit of a headache, but once you turn into the sector, it’s fine. We like being part of the local scene here in Gurgaon without all the noise you get in the bigger commercial hubs. It’s just us doing our thing day by day.
