Viva Fitness

We are set up in the Bestech Business Tower on Sohna Road, specifically at Plot No. 6-7 in Sector 48. It’s a busy building with a lot of people coming and going all day. Viva Fitness is on one of the floors there, and we usually have music playing to keep the energy up. The space is filled with machines and weights, so there isn't much room for a big fancy office. We have a small desk near the front where we keep the member files and the keys. The air conditioning is always running because it gets quite warm with everyone moving around. We spend a lot of time cleaning the equipment and making sure everything is in the right place. Sometimes the lifts in the tower are slow, so we end up taking the stairs. It’s a good way to stay active, I guess. The view from the windows looks out over Sector 48, which is mostly other office buildings and some shops. We get a lot of people stopping by after their work hours finish. It’s a bit of a rush in the evenings, but we like the buzz. We don’t have a lot of staff, just a few of us who know how to handle the machines and help out. It’s a straightforward place. No big slogans on the walls, just the gear people need to get through their workout routines. We keep the lighting bright.
