Our place is over at 884, Phase V in Udyog Vihar, Gurugram. If you know Sector 19, you know it’s a big industrial area with lots of buildings that look similar. We’ve been running VEDAOILS from this spot for some time now. It’s a busy part of Haryana, and there’s always something moving in the streets outside. Our building is mostly used for storing our oils and handling the orders that come in through the website. It’s a lot of manual work, moving drums and bottles around. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that; it’s more of a working warehouse and office mix. The air smells like different herbs and oils most of the time, which is actually kind of nice compared to the usual city smells. We have a team that works in shifts to keep up with everything. It gets hot in the summer, but we have some fans going to keep the air moving. We’re just a group of people who know a lot about oils and spend our days making sure they get bottled and shipped correctly. It's not a glamorous job, but we like it well enough. We focus on the practical side of the business, making sure the labels are straight and the boxes are taped up tight. It's just us doing our thing in Udyog Vihar. We usually wrap things up late in the evening and start again early the next day.
