UTILITE BUILDTECH PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is tucked away in B1/103 at the SIDCO Shivalik Apartment in HSIDC, Sector 1, Manesar. Being in the Gurgaon area means there is always construction or some kind of industrial work going on nearby. At Utilite Buildtech Private Limited, we spend our hours looking at building plans and managing different technical tasks for various projects. The apartment complex is a bit of a walk from the main road, but it stays relatively quiet for a place so close to the industrial hub. We have a couple of computers and a large table where we spread out our maps and blueprints. The floor is covered in a simple grey tile that is easy to sweep. Most days, the air in Manesar is a bit dusty from all the trucks driving by on the highway. We keep some potted plants by the window to try and brighten things up. Our address is a mouthful, but once you find Sector 1, it is not too hard to spot the Shivalik building. We are not a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a few people in room B1/103 trying to build things right and keep our records straight. The coffee we make in the morning is usually too strong, but it helps us get through the long afternoons when the heat in Haryana starts to climb. It is a decent place to work.
