Universal Empowerment Foundation

Our group, the Universal Empowerment Foundation, is located right near the old Post office in Ward No 9, Indri. Being near a landmark like the old post office makes it easy for folks to find us without getting lost in the lanes. It’s 132041 if you’re looking at the pin code. We’ve been at this spot for a while, just dealing with the daily stuff that comes our way. Indri is a place where everyone knows everyone’s business, so we don’t need to do much shouting about what we do. People just walk in. The building isn't brand new, and sometimes the fan makes a bit of noise, but it works for what we need. We spend a lot of time talking to neighbors and seeing what’s going on in the ward. Some days we are sorting through papers and other days we are out on the street. It’s a mix. We don’t really have a set routine like a big city office might. If something needs doing, we just get to it. The team is mostly local people who care about how things are going here. It’s a practical way to spend the day. We aren't trying to change the whole world overnight, just trying to be a decent part of Indri. If you’re passing by the old post office, you’ll see our door. It's usually open when we are inside working on things.
