Unbound Impex Shipping Private Limited

Our office is a small shop, number C 12 on the second floor of the Omaxe City Center in Sector 49, Gurgaon. It is right in the middle of a lot of activity, with people coming and going from the shops and cafes. We handle shipping and impex, which basically means we are the ones making sure boxes and containers get from point A to point B. Our space is filled with clipboards, labels, and tracking logs. It can feel a bit cramped when we have a lot of stuff going on at once, but we make it work. Gurgaon is a fast-moving place, and our business is no different. We spend hours on the phone with drivers and warehouse managers. Sometimes a shipment gets stuck or a flight is delayed, and we have to figure out a new plan on the fly. It is a lot of problem-solving. We don’t have a big team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to filling out customs forms. The mall environment is nice because we can grab a quick snack or a tea without going too far. We’ve been at this spot for a while now and people in the building know us as the shipping folks. We aren't looking to grow into a giant empire; we just like being reliable for the people who use our services. It’s a lot of small details that have to be right every single time.
