Our office is tucked away in the New Colony area of Gurgaon, specifically at Rattan Garden. It’s a house-turned-office setup on the second floor of building 386 in block B-11. Working out of a place like this in Gurgaon feels a bit different than being in one of those huge glass towers you see in the city. We deal with various imports and exports, mostly managing the logistics and the documentation from here. The street outside can be a bit narrow, so when we have visitors or deliveries, it takes a bit of maneuvering. Inside, it is mostly desks, computers, and files full of shipping bills and customs papers. We spend a lot of time communicating with agents at the ports and making sure our clients' goods are moving on schedule. It isn't always glamorous work. There is a lot of waiting for approvals and chasing down signatures. We started here because it was convenient and it has served us well over the years. The neighborhood is mostly quiet during the day, which helps us focus on the details of the trade. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just a reliable one that gets the job done without too much fuss. Every day brings a different challenge, whether it’s a delay at the border or a change in shipping routes. We just take it as it comes and try to keep everything organized for our partners who rely on us for their trade needs.
