Two Families Initiative Private Limited is located over at D- 43 in Sushant Lok Phase - III. It’s a residential neighborhood in Gurugram that has grown quite a bit over the last few years. We operate out of this space because it feels grounded and keeps us away from the main commercial hubs. Our work focuses on bringing people together, though the day-to-day is mostly emails, phone calls, and planning sessions around a wooden table. We aren't a huge corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a small, dedicated team trying to manage our projects effectively. The office has a lived-in feel to it, with stacks of paper and the smell of coffee usually in the air. We chose Sushant Lok because it’s easy for us to get to and it’s a quiet place to think. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but that’s just part of working in this area. We handle our business in a very direct way, without any of the jargon you might hear in a big city boardroom. It’s about the people we interact with and the small steps we take each day. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby; you just walk in and someone will be there to say hello. It works for us and the people we serve. There’s a small park nearby where we sometimes go to talk when the office feels a bit too cramped.
