Trisha Ki Udaan Foundation

Trisha Ki Udaan Foundation is located right at house number 1279 in Sector-19, Faridabad. It is a standard residential house, so it doesn't look like an office from the street. We’ve been working from here for a while now because it keeps us close to the community we are part of. Most days, there is a lot of activity inside with people dropping by to talk or help out with whatever project is currently on the table. We handle a variety of local tasks and try to help where we can without making a big fuss about it. The living room serves as our main meeting area, and the kitchen is usually brewing tea for anyone who walks in. Sector-19 is a settled area, so we know many of our neighbors by name. It feels more natural to run a foundation from a home rather than some cold glass building. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just focus on the day-to-day needs that come up. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when we have a lot going on at once, but we always find a way to get it sorted. Being in Faridabad 121002 means we are central to a lot of what's happening in the city. It’s just us doing what we can with the resources we have available at any given moment. We hope the work we do makes the street a bit better. Sometimes we have to move the furniture around to make room for everyone who visits.
