Our office is located in Gurugram, specifically in DLF Cyber City, Phase II. We are on Level 3 of Tower B in Building No. 10. If you’ve ever been to Cyber City, you know it’s a lot of glass buildings and people in formal clothes rushing around. Roca Bathroom Products has a space here that feels very much like a typical corporate office, but we try to keep it grounded. There are a lot of meetings about logistics and supply chains because moving bathroom fixtures around India is a complicated job. The air conditioning is always humming, and the view out the window is mostly just other office towers and the metro line. It’s a bit of a contrast to the factories where the products are actually made. We spend most of our time on computers or on the phone with vendors and dealers. The commute into Gurgaon can be a real nightmare with the traffic on the highway, so most of us are pretty tired by the time we sit down at our desks. We have a small pantry where we get our coffee and chat about the weekend. It’s a professional environment, but we’re just regular people trying to manage a big workload. We don't have any grand slogans on the walls. We just focus on the daily tasks of managing the brand and making sure the inventory moves to the right places.
