You can find our office on the 10th floor of Tower B within the Unitech Cyber Park in Sector 39. It is a big, busy area in Jharsa, Gurugram, and we are right in the middle of all the action. Topgradez Edutech Private Limited is the name we use, but inside the office, we are just a group of people working on learning technology. Being up on the 10th floor means we have a pretty good view of the city, which is nice when we need a break from looking at our screens. The office itself is not very fancy; we just have our workstations and a small area for tea and lunch. We spend most of our time developing software and educational content, which involves a lot of trial and error. Even though we are in a large corporate park, we try to keep things feeling like a small business. We do not have a lot of formal meetings or polished presentations. We just get together and figure out what needs to be fixed or built next. Gurugram can be a bit overwhelming with all the big companies around, but we stay focused on our own little corner. We have been in Haryana for a while and understand how things work here. It is just a regular job for us, and we try to do it honestly and simply without any of that typical corporate talk you hear so often. We just keep our heads down.
