Tirex International

Tirex International is located at A 41/2 in DLF-1. Being in this part of town means things are a bit more structured, but our office still feels like a personal space. It’s a corner spot, so we get a decent amount of natural light during the day. We handle a lot of logistics and international business from here. The desks are covered in folders and there are maps on the walls that have seen better days. We don't have a big corporate culture. It’s more about the five or six of us sitting together and figuring out the logistics for the week. The air conditioning is a bit old and makes a rattling sound, but it keeps the heat away during the peak summer months. We usually order lunch from the small eateries nearby or bring dabbas from home. The parking outside can be a bit of a mess because the lanes weren't really built for this many cars, but we manage. There isn't much in the way of decoration, just the basics like computers, printers, and a lot of pens that seem to go missing. We focus on the task at hand and try not to get distracted by the bustle of DLF outside. It’s a steady environment. We know our routine and we stick to it because it works. Every day is pretty much the same, just moving goods from one point to another. Sometimes the printer jams when we're in a hurry, but we've learned how to fix it by now.
