Thrivedge Edutech Private Limited

Thrivedge Edutech is based in Ardee Mall, Sector 52, Gurgaon. We’re at unit 1127. Being in a mall is a bit different from a regular office building. There are always people walking around outside, but once you’re inside our unit, it’s all about the tech. We have rows of computers and a lot of wires running everywhere. We work on educational technology projects. This means we spend most of our day staring at screens and typing away. It’s a small office, so we’re all pretty close to each other. We talk across the desks to solve problems or discuss new ideas. It’s not a formal place. You’ll see us in jeans and t-shirts most of the time. We have a small area for making coffee and snacks. The mall environment is convenient for getting food, but we usually just stay in and work through the lunch hour. We handle the technical side of learning, like making apps or managing online platforms. Sometimes the software bugs are a real headache, and we spend all day just trying to find one mistake in the code. We don’t have a fancy showroom. It’s just where the work happens. We use whiteboards to scribble down notes and diagrams. It gets a bit cluttered with papers and gadgets, but we know where everything is. We just keep our heads down and get the tasks finished before the mall closes up for the night. We have a few rolling chairs that squeak.
