Think Culture Foundation

You can find the Think Culture Foundation on the 10th floor of the Iris Tech Park, located in Sector 48 along Sohna Road. Being up on the 10th floor in unit 1005 gives us a pretty good view of the traffic moving along Gurgaon. It’s a big, modern building with lots of other companies, so there is a constant stream of people in the elevators. Our office is a mix of desks and a small area where we keep our supplies. We spend a lot of time on our computers, as you might expect in a tech park. It gets a bit hectic during the morning rush when everyone is trying to get into the building at the same time. Inside our space, things are a bit more focused. We don’t go in for fancy office furniture or decorations. We have what we need to get our work done and that’s about it. Some of us have been here since the foundation started, while others are newer to the team. We usually grab lunch from the stalls nearby or bring something from home to eat at our desks. The Sohna Road area is always busy, but once you get up to the 10th floor, the noise fades away a little. We are just a group of people working together in a standard office setting. There’s nothing too complicated about how we run things. We just show up and do our best with the tasks at hand each morning.
