Being near the highway means there is always a lot of dust and the sound of trucks passing by. It’s a practical spot for us because getting goods in and out is much easier when you aren't stuck in the middle of Gurgaon's city traffic. The building is functional and doesn't have any unnecessary decorations. We spend a lot of our time checking batches and making sure the labels are correct. Sometimes the power goes out, which is common around here, so we have a generator that kicks in with a loud rumble. It’s a bit of a trek for some of the staff who live further into the city, but we like the space we have here. There’s a lot of open land around us, which makes the air feel a bit different than the crowded sectors. We keep things simple. When a shipment comes in, everyone lends a hand, even the office staff. It’s just the way things work at this branch. We don't have a fancy reception desk or a person in a suit greeting you. You’ll usually find us in the back checking the crates or sitting at the main table going over the ledger. It is hard work but it pays the bills and keeps the business running along okay.
