Talk Native Marketing operates out of P3C121 in Princeton Estate, which is over in DLF City Phase-V. It’s a residential area, so our office feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters, which is honestly how we like it. We have a few rooms set up for work, and there is usually a pot of tea going in the kitchen. Being in Phase-V means we are close to the main parts of Gurgaon, but tucked away enough that we don't feel the stress of the main roads every single minute. The estate is quite nice with some trees and places to walk during lunch. We are a small marketing team, and we don't spend much time on fancy presentations about ourselves. We just focus on the work our clients need. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the office when we are all in at once, but we manage just fine. We don't have a big HR department or a complex hierarchy. If someone has an idea, they just say it across the room. Living and working in the same general area makes things easier, and we’ve been here long enough that the guards at the gate know us by name. It’s a low-key way to run a business. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just trying to do good marketing work and keep our clients happy so we can keep the lights on and the tea brewing. It’s a very practical, everyday kind of life here at Princeton Estate.
