Our office for Sva Business Solutions Private Limited is located at Plot No. 01, on the first floor of Block-E4. We are in the Emillia Floors section of Sector 82 in Gurugram. It’s a newer part of the area, so things are still developing around us. The building is clean and functional, which is exactly what we needed when we moved in. Being on the first floor is handy because we don’t have to rely on the lift all the time. The 122004 area code has seen a lot of growth lately, but our specific corner stays relatively calm. We have a simple layout inside with a few workstations and a small area for filing our documents. The light comes in nicely through the windows in the morning, which makes it a decent place to spend the day. We aren't big on corporate culture or long meetings that don't go anywhere. Instead, we just focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to keep things moving forward. There’s a bit of a walk to find a good variety of food, so most of us bring lunch from home. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so the pace feels a bit slower than the main commercial hubs. We’ve settled in well and the space works for our daily routine. It’s not a fancy headquarters, just a practical place where we handle our business affairs every day and go home.
