Sugatu Pharmaceuticals Private Limited is based out of South City II, specifically at B 42 in Gurgaon. If you know Gurgaon, you know how the traffic can get around here, especially during the morning rush. We’ve been operating from this spot for a bit. It’s a decent area with a lot of other offices and houses mixed together, so it feels lived-in. We don't have a massive reception area or anything like that. It's mostly just desks, computers, and stacks of boxes. Our day starts early because we want to beat the worst of the traffic. We handle the pharmaceutical side of things from this office. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking shipments. The staff here are mostly local people from around the neighborhood. We try to keep things simple. There isn't any grand strategy we talk about every morning. We just look at what needs to be shipped out or which orders came in overnight. South City II is a good location for us since it's easy enough to get to once you’re off the main roads. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks, and that’s a real tragedy for everyone in the office, but we just go to the shop nearby. Mostly, it’s just quiet, steady work. We don’t really do big meetings. We just talk across the room to get things sorted. It’s an honest way to run things. We focus on the logistics of the medicine and making sure the labels are right. Gurgaon is always growing, and we are just here in our corner.
