We are located on the fourth floor of the Time Tower, which is at 416 on M.G. Road. It’s right near Iffco Chowk in Sector - 29, so it’s a pretty central spot, but the traffic around here can be a real nightmare during rush hour. We’ve been in this office for a good bit of time now. We mainly handle strapping materials, like those plastic and steel bands you see on big pallets, along with the tools and machines used to tighten them. It’s a lot of heavy lifting sometimes when the new stock arrives. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place for us to keep the inventory and answer the phones. We have a small crew and most of us have been working together for quite a few years, so we have a good rhythm going. Sometimes the machines we test in the back make a lot of noise, which probably bothers the neighbors, but they haven't complained much yet. We spend a lot of time checking the rollers and the tensioners to make sure they’re working like they should. It’s a very practical kind of business. We don't have any big slogans or marketing plans. We just take the orders, pack them up, and get them sent out to the factories. It’s honest work that keeps us busy from morning until evening every day of the week. Most of us just grab a quick lunch and get back to it.
