Starflux LED

Working out of the 7th floor of the Iid Trade Centre on Sohna Road gives us a pretty good view of the traffic below. We are Starflux LED, and our office is in Sector-47, which is a busy part of Gurgaon. The building is quite modern, but inside our unit, it’s just a regular workplace with desks and piles of LED samples. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or responding to emails about different lighting projects. Since we are on the 7th floor, we rely a lot on the elevators, which can be slow during lunch hour when everyone is heading out. It’s a lot of coordination, making sure the right LEDs get to the right people at the right time. Sohna Road is always expanding, so there’s a lot of new buildings going up around us. We see the changes every day. It’s not a quiet job, as there is always something happening in the office. We don't really have a mission statement or anything like that hanging on the wall. We just want to make sure the work is done and the products are sent out without any issues. The team here is small but we’ve been working together for a while. It’s a decent place to spend the day, even if the commute through the Gurgaon traffic can be a bit much sometimes. We just keep our heads down and do the work and try to stay organized through all the chaos.
