Sree Balaji Medical College And Hospital is located on TLC works Road. It’s quite a large place compared to a regular clinic because we have the college part and the hospital part all together. You’ll see a lot of young students in white coats walking around the grounds or sitting in the canteen area. It makes the place feel very energetic even though it’s a hospital. The halls are wide and usually quite busy with patients, nurses, and students moving between wards. We have a lot of different buildings and wings, so sometimes new people get a bit lost looking for a specific department. We just tell them to ask anyone in a uniform. On TLC works Road, we are a major landmark. There are always tea stalls and small shops just outside the gates catering to the visitors and students. Inside, the equipment is used all day long for teaching and for treating people. It can be a bit overwhelming if you aren't used to big institutions, but the staff tries to keep things grounded. We have people coming from far away because we have so many beds and different types of doctors here. It’s a busy life, balancing the education of the next generation with taking care of the sick. We just keep moving forward every day, trying to manage the crowds and the classes.
