Smt Bimla Devi Memorial Clinic

Our clinic is on MG Road in Gurgaon, right near Metro Pillar 95. If you look out the front window, you can see the metro trains passing by every few minutes. It’s a noisy part of town, but we’re used to it. This is a smaller place compared to the big hospitals, which makes it a bit more personal. It’s named Smt Bimla Devi Memorial Clinic, so it feels like it has some heart behind it. We see a lot of people who live in the nearby flats or work in the malls and offices around here. The waiting room isn't huge—just a few chairs and a table with some old magazines nobody really reads. We handle a lot of the usual things like fevers, coughs, and minor injuries. The doctor’s office is small and tucked away in the back. We keep our records in big folders on the shelves. It’s a bit cramped when it gets busy, especially in the evenings when everyone gets off work. We try to keep the place tidy, but with people coming in from the dusty street, it’s a constant job. The staff here is just a few of us, so we end up doing a bit of everything. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a coffee machine. It’s just a simple clinic where you can get checked out and go home. We’ve been here a while and know the local rhythm of the street. It works for us. We are here every day.
