We've been based at Shiv Dhara in Udyog Vihar for a long time. Security work is mostly about showing up and keeping an eye on things. We have quite a few guys on the team now. It’s always busy here in Phase-V. People need guards for their offices and local factories. We mostly handle the shift schedules and make sure someone is always at the gate. It isn't fancy work, just something that needs doing. The office is usually a bit chaotic with paperwork and phones ringing. We try to keep track of everyone. Sometimes it is hard finding reliable people, but we manage somehow. Most of us have been doing this for years. We know the area well. If you come by the office at 814, you will see it’s just a regular workspace with desks and files everywhere. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. We just get on with the daily work. It is mainly about managing the guards and making sure the clients are satisfied with the coverage. Sometimes we stay late to finish the logs and check the night shifts. It’s just a local business trying to do the job right. We have seen Udyog Vihar change a lot over the years. We started small and just kept going. It's regular work for regular people, and we are fine with that. We just keep our heads down and get the job finished.
