Working on the 8th floor of Tower C in Cyber City is something else. You get a good view of the traffic below in Gurugram. Sis Corporation India is based here, right in the middle of all the glass buildings. It’s a lot of walking from the metro, but we’re used to it. The office is usually humming with the sound of computers. We aren't the biggest name in this building, but we hold our own. Most days are spent looking at data and talking to people on the phone. We don’t have a lot of decorations. Just the basics to get things done. Sometimes the elevators take forever during the lunch rush. It's a busy part of town. We handle a lot of corporate stuff but we try to stay grounded. It’s easy to feel like just another face in Cyber City. But inside this office, we know each other well. We share snacks and talk about our weekends. It’s a job like any other. We do the work we can with what we have. The paperwork can pile up if we aren't careful. We’ve been in Phase 2 for a while. It’s a convenient spot for most of us to commute to. We just show up, do the work, and go home. That’s the reality of it. It’s not a movie. It’s just us. We don't have any fancy mission statements. We just try to get the tasks finished before the day ends.
