Sir Bond Bakehouse Private Limited

Sir Bond Bakehouse Private Limited is our little project. We are located at 1102 in Sector 17, near the Iffco area in Gurgaon. The pincode is 122001. It’s a busy part of the city, and there’s always noise from the street. We spend our time working with dough and ovens. It gets very hot in here, especially during the summer months. We aren't a big commercial bakery with hundreds of employees. It's just a handful of us making sure everything gets baked properly. Sometimes the bread doesn't rise the way we want, and we have to start over. That’s just the way baking goes. We don't have a team of experts, just people who have learned by doing. Sector 17 is a good location because it’s central, but it can be a pain for parking. We’ve had some long nights here when the orders were high. We don't really have a set routine. We just do what needs to be done. 1102 is where we keep all our flour and supplies. It is a bit disorganized at times, but we know where everything is. We just like making stuff that people can eat. It is a simple life, mostly. We aren't looking for awards or anything. We just want to keep the ovens running and make sure the place stays clean. It’s hard but we like it here in Gurgaon. Every day is a bit different when you work with bread.
