Shrishtishakti Foundation

Shrishtishakti Foundation is over in Sector-50 at Mayfield Gardens in Gurgaon. Our office is on the second floor of building D-20. It is a nice residential area with a lot of trees and quiet streets, which makes it a pleasant place to work every day. You have to walk up the stairs to get to us, and the office itself is just a modified flat. We have a couple of rooms set up with desks and chairs, and a small balcony where we sometimes take our breaks. The atmosphere is very relaxed. We don't wear suits or anything like that; we just come in dressed comfortably and get to work. Most of our time is spent coordinating various projects and keeping track of our records. We have a small bookshelf filled with old ledgers and some new folders. It is a bit cluttered sometimes, but we know where everything is. The neighbors are mostly families, so it is a very safe and friendly environment. We like being part of a residential community rather than a big commercial park. It keeps us grounded and reminds us of why we started the foundation in the first place. There are usually a few of us working here during the week, and we just try to keep things moving along without any unnecessary stress. It is a practical, honest way to run things, and it works well for us.
