Shreeji Casting

You can find us at 163/7A in the Kadipur Industrial Area. Shreeji Casting has been here for a good stretch of time. The air around here always smells a bit like hot metal and sand, which is what you expect from a casting shop. It’s a tough environment, especially when the furnaces are going full tilt. We do a lot of pouring and molding in this shed. It’s not the kind of place you’d wear a suit to. Most of us are in work clothes that have seen better days. We deal with various types of castings for different industries. The process hasn't changed much over the years, even if some of the tools have. We use the same Kadipur sand for the molds that we’ve always used. It's a heavy job, moving the molds and the molten metal. We have to be careful, but we’ve done it so many times it’s almost second nature now. The yard is usually full of scrap and finished pieces waiting to be picked up. We don't have a website or a big sales team. People just know we're here at 163/7A. We talk to the truck drivers, grab some food at the corner, and get back to the heat. It’s a loud, hot, and busy place, but it's our place. We just focus on getting the pours right and making sure the shapes come out clean.
