Shivam Clinic

Shivam Clinic is located in Section 54, right in the Harijan Colony area of DLF Phase 5. Gurgaon is a place of big towers and shiny glass, but our corner in the colony is much more grounded and plain. We’ve been here for a while, serving the people who live and work in this part of the city. The clinic is a simple room with a fan that hums overhead and some plastic chairs for whoever is waiting. It’s a bit of a contrast to the big buildings just a few blocks away, but it suits us and our patients just fine. We handle the usual things like fevers, minor injuries, and regular checkups. The street outside can be quite narrow, so it’s mostly people walking or on bicycles coming to see us. We don't have a computerized calling system; we just call out the next person's name when we are ready. My brother helps me manage the front desk on most days. We keep a big water cooler in the corner because Gurgaon gets incredibly hot in the summer months. People from the colony know they can just walk in and talk to us. We aren't trying to be a big hospital; we are just a small neighborhood clinic trying to help our neighbors stay healthy. It’s a busy life here in DLF Phase 5, but we try to keep things calm inside our four walls.
