Shivam Autotech Limited

We are located way out at the 58th Km Stone on the Delhi-Jaipur Highway, right near Village Binola. It is a bit of a drive if you are coming from the main city, but we actually like it out here. The air feels a little bit better, though the highway is still right there with all its noise. We work on auto parts. Our facility is quite large because of the kind of heavy equipment we need to run. Most of our mornings start with the sound of the big gates opening and the first shift of workers coming in. A lot of the people here come from the surrounding villages, so there is a nice, friendly feeling around the break area. We do not do things in a very formal or corporate way. If a machine needs fixing, we just grab the tools and get to work on it. The shop floor is where all the real action is. It has that smell of oil and hot metal that you find in any serious workshop. We have been at this specific spot for a long time now. The highway has expanded quite a bit since we first set up our shop, and Village Binola has grown a lot too. We just keep doing what we know how to do. There is no marketing team here, just people who know how to run the lathes and the grinders. We have a small canteen where everyone eats lunch together. It is a simple, practical setup for a hard day.
