Shishu Pediatric Clinic

We are based on the third floor of Galleria Tower, right in the middle of DLF Phase 4 in Gurgaon. Shishu Pediatric Clinic is a place where we see kids all day long, from tiny babies to teenagers. Being in the Galleria area means it is usually quite busy outside, but once you get up to the third floor at unit 325, it gets a bit quieter. The clinic is decorated with some simple things to make children feel less scared, but it’s still just a regular medical office. We spend our time doing vaccinations, checking growth, and helping parents when their little ones get sick. It can get pretty loud in here with kids crying or playing, but that’s just how it is in a pediatric clinic. We don't have a corporate office or a big PR team; it is just a few of us working together to keep the kids healthy. Sometimes the lift in the building takes a while, so we tell parents to come a few minutes early. We try to keep our schedule on track, but children can be unpredictable, so we often run a bit late. We don't use any fancy medical jargon if we can help it. We just want to make sure the parents understand what is going on with their child. It is a busy, slightly messy, but very rewarding place to work every day in Gurgaon. We just try to keep things simple for the families.
