Our place, Sheetla Hospital and Eye Institute, is located over in South City-2. It’s a growing area and we’ve seen a lot of changes since we first set up here. The building itself is pretty easy to spot if you’re driving through the neighborhood. We focus quite a bit on eye care, which keeps us really busy most days. You’ll see a lot of people sitting in the lobby waiting for their vision tests or to get their new glasses. It’s not a very quiet place, as there’s always someone coming or going, but we try to keep things moving. The doctors here are practical people who have been doing this for a long time. We don't go in for fancy decorations or expensive art on the walls; we’d rather spend that on better equipment for the exam rooms. Sometimes the parking lot gets really backed up, which can be a headache for everyone, but that’s just life in South City-2 these days. We have a small canteen where the staff grabs tea, and you can usually smell the snacks in the afternoon. It’s a regular hospital with regular people working in it. We deal with everything from simple eye strain to more complicated health issues. Our paperwork can get a bit messy sometimes when it’s really hectic, but we always manage to sort it out by the end of the shift. We’re just here to do our jobs and help the folks living nearby.
