We are located at Gp 47 in Sector-18. It’s right in the middle of the Maruti Industrial Area. Most people know this spot because of all the automotive work happening nearby. At Sun-N-Shade Sunvisors Private Limited, we focus on making sunvisors. It’s a specific kind of work, involving a lot of fabric and plastic and stitching. The factory floor is usually filled with the sound of sewing machines. We have a team of people who are good with their hands. It’s not a quiet place, but it’s a productive one. We’ve been in this sector for a bit now. The area gets crowded with delivery vans in the afternoon. We try to keep our shipments moving so things don't pile up too much. It’s a simple operation. We take the raw materials, put them together, and send the finished visors out. We don’t do much advertising. Most of our work comes from being right here where the car industry is. It’s a bit cramped sometimes with all the inventory, but we manage. The lights stay on late when we have big orders to finish. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that. Just the people who make the parts and a couple of us handling the paperwork. It gets hot in the summer, so we have big fans going all day long. That's pretty much life here at GP 47. We keep the side door open for a breeze when it gets too stuffy. It is just a regular factory day after day.
