Being located at Plot 13, Sector-44 in Gurugram, we’re right in the thick of things. The traffic outside is usually a mess, but inside our gates, we try to keep things a bit more organized. Sandhar Technologies Ltd. makes various components and parts, and our day is mostly a blur of production schedules and quality checks. It’s a mix of a busy factory floor and a crowded office where people are always rushing somewhere with a clipboard. We aren't the type to sit around in long meetings talking about visions; we’re more concerned with whether the machines are running and if the parts are meeting the specs. The coffee machine in the breakroom is probably the most used piece of equipment we have, especially during the night shifts. We have a lot of different people working here, from engineers to guys on the assembly line, and everyone has their own way of doing things. It’s not a perfect environment—sometimes the power flickers or a delivery gets stuck in Haryana traffic—but we manage. We’ve been at this for quite a while, and we’ve seen the sector change from empty plots to this crowded hub. We just focus on our own corner of the world, making sure the components we produce are solid. It’s a fast-paced life here in Gurugram, and we’re just doing our part to keep the industry moving forward, one piece at a time.
