We’ve been here at Plot No.Gp-54 in Sector 18 for quite some time now. Gurugram has changed a lot since we first started out in the Maruti Industrial Estate, but our daily routine stays pretty much the same. Most mornings start with the sound of machines warming up and the staff trickling in through the gate. It’s a busy spot, especially with all the other companies nearby in Haryana. We mostly just focus on getting the work done and making sure everything is packed up right before the trucks head out. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, or the road gets crowded, but that’s just part of being here. The team is a mix of people who have been with us for years and some newer faces too. We don’t really do fancy meetings; usually, we just chat on the shop floor or near the office desk. It’s not a glamorous place, but it works for us. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and there’s always a bit of dust around from the industrial area, but we keep things moving. We handle a lot of different orders every week, and there is always something to fix or adjust. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to. Most of the time, our hands are busy with the actual material. It’s a decent place to work, and we know our neighbors around the estate pretty well by now. We usually close up around six.
