Sandhar Industries

Sandhar Industries is based in the village of Khandsa. Our post office is also Khandsa, and we are right on Behrampur Road. It’s a location that has seen a lot of growth lately. We have a pretty large setup here. There is always a lot of movement—trucks coming in with supplies and others leaving with finished goods. The yard is usually full of crates. Inside, the noise of the machinery is constant. We do manufacturing work, so things are always being stamped or assembled. It’s a busy atmosphere. We have workers who have been with us since the early days. The floors are concrete and stained with oil here and there. We don't have a lot of frills. There is a small area for lunch and a place to wash up. Behrampur Road gets very busy with all the industrial traffic. Sometimes we have to wait a while just to get a truck out of the gate. We just focus on the production lines. When something breaks down, we have to fix it fast to keep things moving. It’s a lot of responsibility. We don't go in for big speeches or fancy logos. We just show up, do the shifts, and go home. The village around us is quiet in the evenings, which is a nice change from the loud factory floor. It’s just how we operate. We have been part of this landscape for a long time.
