Samrat Bakers Private Limited

We are located at 112-B New Colony and that is where we spend most of our days. It gets pretty warm in the back when the ovens are running early in the morning. Samrat Bakers Private Limited is basically just a group of us who know how to handle dough and keep the shelves full. People in the colony know the smell by now. No one here has a big fancy office or anything like that. Flour usually covers the floor by noon and the delivery trucks are always coming and going. Since we are at 112-B, neighbors often stop by just to say hello. Sometimes the machinery acts up and we have to fix it ourselves. It's not a glamorous job but it's what we do. Starting when it's still dark out ensures everything is ready for the morning rush. The New Colony area stays quiet until the sun comes up. Focusing on the baking is what matters most to us. Some of us have been working together for years so we don't really need to talk much to get things finished. Just showing up and getting to work is the routine. Stacks of trays are everywhere and the cooling racks are always full by ten. It’s a lot of physical labor but it keeps us busy. We are just a local operation trying to keep things moving. The building isn't huge but it fits everything we need to keep things running.
