Saba Brass Arts Corner

If you walk into Shop No 5 at Ashoka Enclave you will find us surrounded by brass. We are in Sector 35 right opposite the Rao Jagmal Complex. Saba Brass Arts Corner is a small place but it is packed with stuff from floor to ceiling. There is always a lot of dusting to do because the metal attracts it so fast. We spend our time polishing things up so they look right on the shelves. It is not a quiet shop because the street outside is always humming with people going to the complex across the way. We see a lot of people just walking in to look at the shiny things. Some are looking for a gift and others just want something for their house. We have been here for a good while and the neighbors know us well. It gets a bit crowded when more than three people are in the shop at once but we make it work. The light in the shop isn't the best so we have to move things near the door sometimes to show the real color of the brass. We don't do anything fancy with the displays we just put things where they fit. It is a simple life running a corner shop like this. You meet a lot of interesting people who appreciate the weight and feel of a good piece of brass work.
