We’ve been running our shop here in Sector 12 for a good number of years now. It’s just a regular place where we get our hands dirty fixing cars and making sure they run okay. We don't have any fancy waiting rooms with coffee machines or big leather chairs. Most people just stand around and talk while we work or they go get a tea nearby. We handle all sorts of stuff like engine problems or just changing out the oil. The roads around here can be pretty rough on tires and suspensions, so we see a lot of that. We aren't some big corporate dealership with shiny floors. Our floor has oil stains on it and there’s usually a pile of old parts in the corner waiting for the scrap guy. Sometimes we get really busy and things take a bit longer than we thought, but that’s just how it goes with old engines. We try to be honest about what’s actually wrong with a car instead of making things sound complicated. My brother and I mostly run the place, and we have a couple of helpers who come in during the week. It’s a lot of hard work and we usually go home covered in grease at the end of the day. Sector 12 is a busy area, so there’s always something to do. We don't do any big ads or anything like that. People just know us because we’ve been in this same spot for so long.
