We are over at 521A in Saini Plaza, which is in the Choma area near Palam Vihar in Gurgaon. Rit Agro Tech Private Limited operates out of this commercial block. Gurgaon is a fast place, but our little corner in Saini Plaza stays pretty grounded. We focus on the tech side of agriculture, trying to bridge that gap between modern tools and actual field work. The office is a bit of a mix; we have some gadgets and tech stuff lying around alongside more traditional farming notes. It’s not a shiny, high-tech lab, just a practical space where we can think and work. Sometimes the elevator in the plaza acts up, so we end up taking the stairs a lot. It’s a busy building with all sorts of small businesses, so there’s always someone coming or going. We spend a lot of time on our laptops, but we also make sure to get out and see how things are actually working on the ground. It’s not all about the data; you have to see the soil too. We aren't a big team, so everyone does a bit of everything, from cleaning the desks to talking to clients. It’s a bit informal, but we get the work done.
