Rda Pattiserie Private Limited

Rda Pattiserie Private Limited is based out of Old DLF Colony in Gurugram. We are located near Sector 14, at C-103. It's a pretty well-known neighborhood around here. We spend our days working with flour, sugar, and ovens. The building is older, which gives it some character, though the plumbing can be a bit temperamental sometimes. We aren't some massive factory; it’s a local setup where we actually do the work ourselves. Gurugram is always changing, but this part of town feels more settled. We’ve got a small team here. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad unless the monsoon hits and the streets flood a bit. We don't spend much on advertising or fancy signs. Most people find us because they live in the colony or are passing through Sector 14. We focus on the baking part of the day. It gets quite warm in the back when the ovens are running full blast. Sometimes we run out of things or the delivery truck is late, and we just have to deal with it. We like being part of the local scene here in Haryana. It’s just a normal business trying to do things right. Nothing more, nothing less. We keep the place tidy but it's a working kitchen, so there's always a bit of a mess somewhere. We just try to keep the ovens hot and the orders moving every day.
