We are set up on the ground floor at U-25/20 in the main market area of DLF City Phase III. It’s a busy spot right on the main road, so you can’t really miss us if you’re walking by the shops. We run a pharmacy alongside the clinic, which makes it easier for people to get their medicine right after seeing the doctor. It’s not a huge place. We have a small counter for the medicos and a room in the back where the doctor sits. Most of our regular customers live or work nearby in Gurgaon. They drop in for things like cough syrup, bandages, or to get their blood pressure checked. The shelves are packed with boxes and bottles, and sometimes it takes a second to find exactly what someone needs. We try to keep the place tidy, but with deliveries coming in and people popping in and out, it stays pretty lively. It’s just a few of us working here. We know the local rhythms, like when the offices let out and the market gets crowded. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a big waiting room, just a few stools. People usually just wait their turn while chatting with whoever else is in line. It’s a neighborhood spot, plain and simple.
