Our office is located at Plot Number 23 in Phase-IV of Udyog Vihar. If you know Gurgaon, you know how the traffic can get around here, especially during the morning rush. Rai Prexim (India) Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this building for quite some time now. It’s a standard industrial plot, nothing that really stands out from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of paper folders stacked up. We deal with a lot of coordination work, so there’s always someone on the phone or typing out an email. The air conditioning is usually running full blast because the building gets quite warm in the afternoon sun. We have a small pantry where someone is always making coffee or heating up lunch. It’s not a very quiet place because of the construction always happening nearby and the trucks moving on the main road. We don’t really do much in the way of fancy meetings; usually, we just sit around the main table and figure out the day's tasks. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy with the day-to-day stuff to bother with that. It’s just a regular workplace where people show up, do their jobs, and head home once the sun goes down. We’ve stayed in this spot because it’s familiar and everything we need is close by.
