We operate out of Sispal Vihar in Sector 49. Specifically, we’re in K-706, which is part of South City 2 right off Sohna Road. It’s a busy area of Gurgaon, but our spot is fairly tucked away in the residential part. It’s not a big shiny office building with a receptionist. Instead, it’s more of a lived-in space where we can actually get work done without all the corporate fuss. We have a few computers and some files scattered around. Most days it’s just us sitting around the table figuring things out. Being in Sector 49 is handy because everything is close by, but we stay focused on our foundation work inside. It’s a regular apartment-style setup. Sometimes the doorbell rings and it's just a delivery, and other times it's someone coming to talk about a project. We don't have a dress code or fancy furniture. We just use what we have. The neighborhood is pretty quiet compared to the main road. It gives us a chance to concentrate. We’ve been here a while and the routine is pretty set. We start the day with some coffee, check the mail, and then get into the thick of it. It’s a practical way to run things. No big mission statements written on the walls, just a lot of lists and notes. If you’re in 122018, that’s where you’ll find our little corner for the day.
