Our office for Quampetence Business Solutions Privatelimited is in New Colony, Gurugram. We are located at House Number 77-R, care of Sh. Hari Singh. It’s a house-based setup, which makes the whole workday feel a bit more relaxed than being in one of those huge glass towers you see in other parts of Gurgaon. The street outside is usually lined with cars and people going about their business. Working from a house means we have a kitchen to make our own tea and a bit more privacy than a regular commercial building. We use a few of the rooms for our desks and storage. Hari Singh’s place has been a good spot for us to get our work done without too many distractions. The walls are filled with calendars and notes we’ve scribbled to ourselves. Sometimes the neighborhood kids are playing outside and you can hear them through the windows, but it doesn't bother us much. We aren't a big operation with hundreds of employees; it is just a small group of us handling the daily tasks. We focus on the work at hand and try to make sure nothing slips through the cracks. It’s a very practical arrangement for us, and it works out well for the kind of stuff we handle on a day-to-day basis. We just take things one step at a time and keep moving.
