Propinn Properties Private Limited operates out of Flat 605 in the Royal Presidency building, which is part of GH-5 here in Gurugram. Being up on the sixth floor gives us a bit of a view, though mostly we’re just looking at other apartment blocks. We moved into this spot because it’s right in the middle of where all the housing activity is happening. Gurgaon is a fast place, but we try to keep things a bit more relaxed in our office. We handle a lot of the typical property stuff like rentals and sales, but we do it without all the corporate noise. It’s just a small group of us sitting around desks, drinking too much tea and talking to clients. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which keeps us moving. We don't spend money on big ads or shiny brochures. Most people find us because they live in the same complex or heard about us from a friend. We focus on the details that matter, like making sure the water bills are settled and the registration papers are correct. It’s a lot of boring work, honestly, but it’s important for the people moving in. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure the house buying or renting process doesn't turn into a total mess for our neighbors. We stay busy with the local listings.
