Prokademy Technologies is located at House Number 11 on Jharsa Road, right in the Housing Board Colony. It’s more of a residential-feeling area compared to the big glass towers you see in other parts of Gurgaon. We like it that way. It feels a bit more grounded. The office is basically a converted space where we’ve set up our computers and servers. It’s often a bit messy with cables and boxes of hardware lying around, but we know where everything is. We spend most of our time coding or troubleshooting tech issues that pop up. There’s no fancy breakroom, just a small table where we eat our lunch and talk about things that aren't work-related. The team is quite small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. One day someone might be fixing a bug, and the next they are helping move a desk. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall; we just want the tech we build to work like it’s supposed to. Jharsa Road can get pretty busy, but once you’re inside, it’s just us focusing on the screens. It’s a simple setup for a group of people who just enjoy the technical side of things without all the corporate fluff that usually comes with it. We don't have a receptionist, so if you knock and nobody answers, we're probably just wearing headphones and didn't hear you.
