Our place is out in Plot No 300 in Sector 6 of IMT Manesar. If you’ve ever driven out this way, you know it’s mostly just factories and warehouses as far as you can see. We do harness systems here. It’s a lot of manual work and checking things over and over. The morning commute can be a bit of a trek depending on where everyone is coming from, but once we’re here, the day goes by pretty quick. The shed is big enough for what we do. We don't have a big fancy lobby with a receptionist. Usually, someone from the floor just comes out if there’s a knock at the door. It’s dusty outside because of the construction always going on in Manesar, but we try to keep the inside tidy so the parts stay clean. We’ve been at this location for a while now. The team is mostly local guys and some who come in from the city. We eat lunch together in the break area. There isn't much to say other than we show up, put the sets together, and make sure everything is packed right. It’s practical work. Sometimes the power acts up or the trucks are late, but that’s just how it goes in an industrial area. We just keep our heads down and get the orders ready. There isn't any corporate talk here, just the sound of the machines and the team getting things done. We aren't trying to impress anyone with polish.
